Mina is the Founder of MAMINA, bringing together her work as a writer and her expertise in hospitality as a café profit strategist.
She is also the founder of Project 12, a charity supporting under-privileged children.
Mina’s career spans over 20 years across business, marketing and hospitality. She studied marketing and law in Sydney, as well as Psychology & the Good Life at Yale University.
Drawing on her experience running successful cafés, Mina created a fast, practical diagnostic tool focused on profitability to help cafés quickly identify where money is being lost. She brings an operator-led perspective to the industry, advocating for more sustainable conditions for café owners.
In parallel, her writing spans content, copywriting and ghostwriting for individuals and organisations. She is known for turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that connect.
Mina is an author and essayist. She writes about parenting, midlife, wellbeing and life observations, grounded in lived experience and informed by real-world perspective.
She has been a contributing writer for leading Australian media including Sydney Morning Herald, news.com.au, Darling Magazine and 10 Daily, and has authored six books.
